Description

As Basketball continues to grow in our country, we are seeing more and more athletes with the opportunity to play high level division-1, lead CIS teams to National Championships and explore professional lives overseas and in the NBA. Your ability to reach this level will determine massively on your athleticism, commitment, and determination. Movement, Strength, Conditioning, and Power will all play an integral role in your athletes success. Whether new to training, a University athlete, or NBA aspiring player STRIVE's coaches and environment will provide you the environment and guidance to reach you to the next level you didn't think possible. We've done it before, let us do it for you!

Session times are:

• Monday to Friday at 2:30pm or 4:30pm
• Monday to Thursday at 7:00pm
