Why I Do What I Do

Everyone should have the opportunity to live life and perform to the fullest. The Strength and Conditioning Coach has the biggest opportunity for lifestyle change in the health profession. We interact with clients on a daily basis; create conversations on improving lifestyle, removing stress, and enhancing performance. We specifically look to improve heath, fitness, and mindset through improvements in performance, movement, strength, mobility, power, sleep, and nutrition. We empower clients with the education and ability to take control over many aspects of life. Whether the goal is to ease into old age gracefully, or compete on the national or world stage, we are able to be part of the process to get them there. It excites me daily to see people from all walks of life achieve things at Strive they didn't think were possible.
